Refunds & Cancellations Policy

For You v Anxiety – The Academy, Courses & LynBot

1. Overview

This Refunds & Cancellations Policy applies to all courses, memberships, digital products, and services offered by You v Anxiety – The Academy, including LynBot.
You v Anxiety is a trading name of Lyn Penman, sole trader. Services may also be provided through Mental Wellbeing Solutions Ltd, registered at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.

2. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you purchase a course, membership, or digital product, you have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided you have not accessed or downloaded the course materials.
If you have accessed the content, you acknowledge that your right to cancel may be lost.

3. Monthly Memberships

All memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing lyn@lynpenman.com.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a month.

4. Courses & Digital Products

One-off courses or digital products (including hypnosis recordings) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.
If you experience technical issues preventing access, contact us at lyn@lynpenman.com and we will assist you.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside of the standard policy may be granted in exceptional cases at the Company’s discretion.
This may include duplicate payments or proven technical faults on our part.

6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancel your membership, email lyn@lynpenman.com with your name, purchase details, and reason for request.
We aim to process all requests within 14 days.

7. Governing Law

This Refunds & Cancellations Policy is governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be resolved in the Scottish courts.
