Is the online therapy as effective as in-person?

Yes. Online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as in-person sessions, especially when based in evidence-based approaches like CBT. All sessions are private, secure, and designed to make you feel safe, seen, and supported from wherever you are.

Do I need a diagnosis to start?

Not at all. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed or unsure of what they’re dealing with. You don’t need a label to get support, you just need a willingness to take the first step.

How long does the Academy take to complete?

The Academy is completely self-paced. Some clients go through it in a few weeks, while others take their time and revisit modules as needed. You’ll have lifetime access, so you can go at your own rhythm.
